Award-Winning, Five-Star Dripping Springs Schools
Belterra is home to Rooster Springs Elementary School, part of the award-winning Dripping Springs Independent School District. The 12.5 acre-campus is located in the heart of Belterra and is within walking and biking distance for Belterra residents.
Dripping Springs ISD received an “exemplary” rating from the Texas Education Agency, the highest possible ranking, awarded to less than 10% of Texas school districts. Dripping Springs was also recognized as one of the most efficient school districts in the state — one of only two Austin-area schools to achieve this "Five-Star" rating.
